South Hills Toyota at 2403 Washington Road, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

Called for an appointment to change my transmission oil and tires rotated.... Drove out to south hills and they told me they could not change the oil when I got there and that Toyota said that they can't even touch "closed system transmissions"? So I left the place called Rorich Toyota and they told me the exact opposite. They said they could change the transmission oil and the fact that it is a"closed transmission" it didn't make a difference to them. End of story..... Customer service was very poor and very very misleading..... Not coming back to this Toyota that is for sure.
