While Barnes Bros had the best price, they lacked in service when I wanted to purchase my new 2018 Wolverine X4. I called to ask a few questions about accessories and the installation cost of these accessories to which I was told they would have to check and get back with me. That was no problem and I expected it. Where the problem arose was that when I did get a call back, it was just to tell me to fill out the credit application and that they didn't have prices for me yet. I never received a call after that and I never filled out the credit application because I wanted answers to a few very simple questions first, which were never provided to me. I ended up calling another Yamaha dealer that was a similar distance away from my residence and had a totally different experience. In a 2 minute phone call they gave me the answers to all of my questions and I set up to come pick the machine up. I'll never understand why Barnes Bros had such a hard time answering simple questions, but it lost them a customer. I ended up paying $200 more for my machine, but the difference in customer service was worth it.
